Homestraight Mortgages was set up in 2004 when the FSA became responsible for the regulation of mortgage contracts. It is however important to point out that we have been making these arrangements for many years and first became involved in Financial Services back in 1984 and for the majority of that time as an IFA. Consequently, we have experience of the good and the not so good times and this is reflected in our advice.
It was therefore vital following this level of experience that Homestraight was set up and operated as a dedicated independent mortgage specialist. In other words Mortgages are our business and we focus on all aspects of making the mortgage business simple for our clients. There are however many schemes out there some of which only appear on ours systems and many simply not available on the High Street. In total our systems reveal over 70,000 schemes and I think it fair to say if we cannot help then no one can. There are schemes for all clients that cater for just about every variation of circumstances.
